JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of advisor is a varied and stimulating assignment where you have great opportunities to plan your own work situation. Our special pedagogical support is aimed at teaching, principal, and governing body levels, and we are now looking for someone with education and experience in the field who wants to develop further at a state level. In addition to special pedagogical advice, the agency offers competence-enhancing measures within the framework of SPSM's continuing education. As an advisor, you will also be responsible for various competence development initiatives in the form of courses, webinars, and study packages based on scientific principles. You may also have the opportunity to represent the agency in substantive issues and collaborate with external actors and interest organizations to develop and create an equivalent education for students within the agency's target groups. You will have access to a broad network of various competencies within the special pedagogical field, and in some assignments and tasks, you will work closely with colleagues in other units and from different parts of the country.
